• All puppies, Goldendoodles, Labradoodles, and Double Doodles (Labradoodle bred to a Goldendoodle) are $1,800 regardless of color, size, gender, or generation.
• Puppy deposits are $500.00 and are received by Venmo.
• Litter picks are assigned in the order deposits are received. Gender, color, and generation of picks are NOT guaranteed.

Puppy choices by families will be decided upon by the date in which deposits are received.

Example:
A family who gives me a deposit on June 1st will have a selection number choice over a family who gives me a deposit on June 15th.

We suggest early deposits for families who are very specific about what sex and color doodle they would like to choose for their family. Selection numbers are always disclosed to families so they know where they are on a selection list.

• All deposits are refundable. If the perfect puppy from the farm isn’t found in the desired litter you prefer, you do have an option to have your $500.00 refunded back to you in full. Refunds will be returned in the same manner in which they were received.

• If 2 puppies are desired for purchase at the same time of selection, then 2 deposits will be needed for the proper numbers to be assigned in the selection process.

Example:
If you want 2 puppies from the same litter or perhaps different litters, then your numbers will be 1 and 2 rather than just number 1. This selection order makes it fair and a correct number selection for all the families that follow your number. Deposits on the second puppy can always be refunded if a second puppy is not chosen and purchased at the time of selection.

• No deposits will be accepted until an application, found on our website, has been filled out, received, and approved. Once I receive an application, I will reach out to you by email and ask you what course of action you would like to take to proceed forward in purchasing the perfect Doodle for you and your family.
• Puppy selection and visitation for all litters is at 7 weeks of age for early depositors. After all early depositors have made their puppy choices, then the remaining puppies will be offered to all approved applicants who do not have a deposit.

At this point in time, puppies are on a first come, first serve basis until all the puppies have wonderful, loving forever homes. Our website will keep you informed on what puppies are sold and what puppies are still available for families to purchase.

• Deposits on a puppy or puppies can be placed at any time. Some deposits can be received on future litters so your selection number is close to being number one.
• Once a puppy choice has been made, it is FINAL because other families will follow for their selection. We don’t want to disappoint other families who follow after your selection because your family has changed their mind. All families already bond to their new puppy at the selection process; it is a very exciting time.
• Visitation for selection is done 7 days a week. First appointments are generally at 11:00 AM and stop at 6:00 PM. We sometimes start earlier in the summer because of the heat—puppies get hot very easily.

We are very flexible and understand that we all have busy and hectic schedules. We ask that you make a puppy selection within an hour or two so that others who follow have the same equal time as your family did.

• All visitations are booked by appointment only. Once a date and time have been established, I will send you my address and some instructions on visiting the farm. I will confirm your appointment by texting you a day or two prior to your scheduled day of arrival.
• Families that want to visit with young children are certainly welcome to do so, but young children under the age of 10 years must be highly supervised by an adult family member so puppies do not become hurt, stepped on, or dropped while visiting and during the important selection process. 7-week-old puppies are very young and fragile and require special care and handling at all times.

If children become a danger to the puppies at any time during visitation, I reserve the right to ask the parents to remove them from the play area to safeguard the puppies from any possible injury.

I appreciate your understanding in this matter. We know this is an exciting event for all family members, especially young children.

• Final payment is due when puppies are picked up at the farm at 9 weeks of age.
  Cash, bank check, money orders, or cashier checks will be the only funds accepted for final payment. Checks can be made out to Red Barn Doodle Farm.

  We are sorry, but we DO NOT take personal checks, debit cards, or MasterCard & Visa.

• Red Barn Doodle Farm will always reserve the right to choose any dog from any litter as their own for a future breeding program.
