Welcome to Red Barn Doodle Farm. Thank you all for your interest in a beautiful Doodle from the farm.
I have received numerous texts, calls, and emails regarding what is available and what litters are going to be born this winter season. I will try to update everyone with some details contained in this note.
I took some personal time off and, unfortunately, got a bit behind. I do apologize for my lack of getting back to all my families who really wanted a puppy from Red Barn and were disappointed that they did not get a response from me in a timely manner. I will no longer be taking a respite from my to-do list. So please, feel free to reach out to me with your questions and interest in owning a beautiful Doodle from Red Barn.
With all that said, we have an exciting Fall/Winter breeding season just ahead. We are thrilled to announce 3 planned litters all to be born around the new year. I will run it down for everyone.
First Litter:
This litter is already posted to the “Upcoming Litters” section of the website.
Jules (Mom): Parti Poodle
Bear (Dad): Goldendoodle
An F1B Goldendoodle litter.
The specifics are on the website but briefly, her expected due date is November 6th.
We expect to have hair coat colors in black, black & white (spotted), phantom, and possibly apricot. This is Jules’ first litter, and we are very excited to see what color combinations her pups will be.
The adult dogs will be approximately 45–55 lbs with a thick, wavy hair coat that does not shed.
Second Litter:
This litter will be posted in the upcoming weeks when the pregnancy is confirmed.
Madison (Mom): Goldendoodle (her litter will have 2 dads)
Andy (Dad): Black Goldendoodle
Yankee Doodle (Dad): Apricot Goldendoodle
An F2 Goldendoodle litter.
We expect to have hair coat colors in solid black, cream, and apricot. Her puppies will be about 55–60 lbs at adulthood with long legs!
The hair coat will not shed and will be thick and wavy—a beautiful hair coat, a true Doodle coat!
It is possible we may produce a Golden Retriever or a smooth-coat Goldendoodle with a second generation breeding—it always happens. The genetics on both the Golden Retrievers in the Doodle breed come together, and it gives us a beautiful Golden Retriever rather than a Doodle.
Third Litter:
This litter has not been bred yet, as of now; we are waiting for the girls to go into heat.
Holland or Daisy (Moms): White Poodles
Henry (Dad): Golden Retriever
An F1 Goldendoodle litter.
We expect to have hair coat colors that will be cream and apricot. Her puppies will be about 50–60 lbs at adulthood.
The hair coats will not shed because of the tight Poodle coat each mom has. The hair coat will be thin and wispy with lots of waves.
Those are the 3 litters planned for winter 2025.
Our website will keep you updated on pregnancy and expected due dates. Of course, all the puppies will be reflective of their moms and dads—loving, fun, sporty, clean, obedient, affectionate, easy to train, great with people, and adore children. And yes, they will love water.
However, with all that said, they will have a quiet side too.
I have enjoyed meeting all the new families with each breeding season, and many of these families I call friends.
We breed amazing Doodles on the farm, and I am humbled at all the kind words and nice reviews I have received. It is truly my pleasure to create, train, and prepare my puppies for the most wonderful journey of all—going home.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
Happy Fall and hope to talk and meet with you all very soon.
Always remember… A Doodle will warm your heart ❤️ and put a smile 😊 on your face every day of the year.
God Bless,
Carla Judson, Red Barn Doodle Farm
